As a woman-owned company with a majority female team, Proof seeks ways to help women feel better and live brighter lives through cannabis. This guide aims to help women better understand how cannabis can help relieve symptoms commonly associated with various stages of life.

Women were not required to be included in federally funded clinical studies until 1993! As such, women’s health research lags far behind men’s health. Similarly, cannabis studies are few and far between due to its status as a federal controlled substance.

Despite the limited science for women’s health and cannabis, there is some helpful information available related to the use of cannabis for treatment of symptoms experienced by women.

Cannabis can be a very effective way to help us to feel healthier, treat symptoms, and have fun in the meantime! We encourage consumers to work with a physician and to start with low doses.
