Proof is led by CEO Julie Mercer-Ingram, who brings a unique blend of expertise as a former cannabis attorney and Creative Director. Under her leadership, women comprise 80% of Proof’s executive team. Proof’s COO, Sarah Miletich, provides exceptional organizational oversight, ensuring that Proof’s products consistently meet the highest quality standards and are readily available to our customers. And our Director of Operations Sara Peña oversees the distribution and manufacturing teams and day-to-day operations.
