How to use it

Getting started with CBD Only Drops

Everyone's tolerance is different. Start low, go slow, and talk to your doctor about any medications or health conditions.

  1. 1

    Measure

Fill the dropper halfway (0.5 ml) for one full serving: 33 mg CBD. New to it? Start with less.

  2. 2

    Take it

Hold it under your tongue for 60–90 seconds for the fastest effect, or stir it into food or a drink.

  3. 3

    Wait

Give it at least 2–3 hours before taking more. A bottle holds about 30 full servings.
